Sorry to hear you're running into issues installing your apps. Could you try logging out of your account and logging back in in the App Home application to see if that resolves the issue?
If not, please follow the instructions HERE to find your App Home log, then send me a copy of the file at jhung@leapmotion.com so I can take a look at it. Please include a link to this forum post in the email or post a response in this thread once you've sent the log over.
