Don't tracked two hands of 3d avatar at same time

Hello,
I have a full body humanoid avatar which data comes from leap motion maps to full body avatar hands. I use Photon Pun and Photon Voice for Networking solution. the problem is when player comes into room and one instance of humanoid avatar created at runtime, sometimes one of hands no tracked or tracked with lots of error(please watch link below). the Scene of Unity is Very Basic. I don't know what makes this happen.

I recommend checking the orientation of the Leap Motion Controller and adjusting this if necessary. To do this, open the Leap Motion Control Panel then go to troubleshooting and open the Diagnostic Visualizer. The cameras should see your hands entering from the bottom of the frame. If this is not the case please change the orientation and save the settings.
