Can't find PhotoScape app

Hi I saw this app "Photoscape" in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a8Gf4-_oguE&nohtml5=False at 2:15
but I searched for it and can't find it anywhere ...there is a software with the same name but its not that one

Photoscape was a web application that was removed by the developer. It existed previously at http://photoscape.im/
